Many people forget that Dex was once in the same ranks as Johnny Gat. Although he didn't play a big part in Saints Row 2, he still had a presence that connected the entire story. With the Boss and Troy on neutral ground, and Julius dead, the only thing left to do was take care of Dex. Unfortunately, nothing was resolved, leaving old fans angry and new fans confused.
