Firstly, the economic situation in Russia has been deteriorating since 2014. And there is no reason for optimism. Low salaries and wages, reduction of jobs, lack of innovation, high prices, low living standards. This list can be continued indefinitely. In a word, Russian men don't see any prospects in Russia.
Why Russian men want to leave Russia? Secondly, the political and social situation in Russia is very complicated, too. And this is logical. Our government doesn't want to spend money on Russian citizens. It seems that the Russian authorities want to exterminate superfluous Russians. Million, ten millions or more? They don't care. We are just useless garbage for them. They have a huge army, police and special services to hunt for dissatisfied people. It hurts and makes Russian men think about leaving Russia.
Why I want to leave Russia? Thirdly, the hard life in Russia raises the question of procreation. You must agree that it's very hard to think about marriage, family and children when you are not sure about tomorrow. This is one of the reasons why Russian men drink so much.
Because a sober Russian man perfectly understands that there is no future for him and his family in Russia. Of course, Russian women also don't see prospects in Russia. But pretty girls hope that they will successfully marry rich men and will live at their expense. Accordingly, ordinary Russian men don't have this opportunity.
