I typically don't play gacha games for more than a month at a time, but every once in a while, I'll see one that really resonates with me. I've been playing Punishing: Gray Raven quite a lot this year, and it was the combination of the high-intensity combat, generous rewards, and overall variety and freedom in events and builds that kept me coming back. While I don't think any game is perfect, PGR to this day remains the best action gacha game I've played.
