Why Our Classical Spatial Reality Is Three-Dimensional.
Three-dimensional space is not an arbitrary backdrop, nor a mathematical preference, but the minimal geometric context in which stable many-body systems can exist. Two-body physics alone can never teach us this—it is too symmetrical, too compressible, too planar. Only when complexity rises beyond pairwise interactions does the full dimensional structure of our reality become necessary.
