TMNT fans almost universally agree that Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles 3 is the worst film in the franchise, and here we are 30 years later with three more flawed sequels that all failed to recapture the quality of the 1990 original movie and its sequel The Secret of the Ooze. But none failed as horribly as the third live-action TMNT movie and I wanted to find out why.
