Why do movies start filming without a finished script? It sounds like a disaster waiting to happen—but it happens all the time in Hollywood.
In this clip, I break down the real reasons movies go into production before the script is fully ready. From scheduling conflicts with actors to studio release dates, financing pressures, and avoiding “development hell,” there are a lot of factors that force studios (and filmmakers) to move forward anyway.
Sometimes it works (Iron Man), and sometimes it absolutely doesn’t. So why take the risk?
