Irys is going through the Mita-verse of romance sim MiSide when she encounters her personal best Mita: Mila. Famously known as nerd Mita, Mila is your classic tsundere archetype. First is cold and wants to have nothing to do with you, but then gradually warms up to you and eventually wants you to stay by her side. And that's exactly the type that Irys is into. Along with all the classic anime tropes of accidentally-walking-in-while-they're-showering, instantaneous-katana-slashes, or the famous "baka~" (idiot) that tsunderes use, Irys is gradually coming to learn that Mila is best Mita. "Vtubers" is short for the term "virtual youtubers" but has since become a catch-all term for any content creator (including those outside Youtube, despite the name) who uses a virtual avatar (such as an anime character) for videos or live stream purposes. Hololive's talents encompass a wide range from gaming enthusiasts, professional-level gamers, bone fide singers, to anywhere in-between. It has multiple generations in their Japanese, English, and Indonesian branches.
IRyS initially debuted as a solo talent in the English's branch known as "Project: HOPE" which was specialized in vtuber singers or vsingers. However, she was later incorporated as part of the unit "Promise" alongside Ceres Fauna, Ouro Kronii, Nanashi Mumei, and Hakos Baelz who were part of the English branch official second generation "Council". Together, Council and Hope made Promise.
