I'm excited that there's some new Metroid games coming down the pipeline including a new Metroid 3DS game called Metroid: Samus Returns. But what we've seen of the gameplay make the game look like there's too much focus on action.
The game in the background is AM2R: Another Metroid 2 Remake. I'm not sure where you can download it anymore, but it's around the internet somewhere.

We finish the other side of the castle and solve its collective panel puzzle, and boy was it a doozey. We also go back to the ship to collect a few things.
The Witness is the latest game from Jonathan Blow, the creator of Braid. In this game youre tasked with solving various puzzles at all follow the same basic principal: get through the maze. However, as you go through the game, the nature of these mazes changes to create different puzzles that keep you engaged throughout the game.
It is a highly immersive experience with a high-contrast art style full of color. There is no background music, because the developers believe that arbitrary background music would detract from the overall feeling of solitude and immersion. I tend to agree.
