In this video I show how nice and professional the folks at Martin Guitar were when I called their customer support line about a repair need for my 1973 D-28. I was pleasantly surprised to get an answer from a real human being who directed me to a local service center where I took the guitar for evaluation and repair work. Listen in on the call in this video. Nice guys at Martin. I love their guitars, and like them even better now. Many thanks to the outstanding folks at Elliott Guitar for doing the work. They were hard to find back in 2015 when this video was shot - but their work was great, and the guitar is still performing like a champ.
