Lumina got a MASSIVE buff in the Witch Queen, but it's kind of flown under the radar with all of the new weapons added to the game. After playing several games with it, I can confidently say it's a contender as a top hand cannon especially when paired with a proper build that makes the most out of it's exotic perk. When pairing it with Boots of the Assembler and Middle Tree Dawnblade, it becomes outrageously powerful after the buff. It's a scary build to come across in PvP!
