Why Is Kokomi Important? She's an extremely unique character unlike any we've seen so far. She can make use of some of the most unusable artifacts you've ever seen and that is worth something. Kokomi scaling off of non traditional stats has been seen as a negative when I believe people aren't considering how important that actually is for ease of character building.
