Two things to note: Some double jabs are not within the realm of possibility to react to the first jab, so in order to beat it you'll have to read the initial jab and shield grab after the aerial right away.

Secondly, you can move the left stick to the diagonal down-forward notch during the shield stun of the initial aerial hitting your shield, so all you need to do is push A when you react!
