The manner in which I was so unprofessionally silenced in mid sentence on this crucial topic, of why 'the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds' is now contemplating undertaking non-violent direct action against the Conservative Government, only reinforces my view that we need a new way of thinking, about politics, about the media, about philosophy, and about our role in the world.
