Hi everyone! Long time no video :). In this new series I will be documenting the process of getting a gastric sleeve, aka VSG or vertical sleeve gastrectomy as a form of bariatric weight loss surgery. Coming to the decision to get a gastric sleeve took a LONG time and is not something I am taking lightly. In this video I talk about how I came to that decision and why I think weight loss surgery is a good choice for me.
As I say in the video, please keep this a positive space. I understand that there are a lot of negative opinions surrounding weight loss surgery, but please keep those to yourself. I decided to come forward with my choice and document my journey as a way to help others thinking about weight loss surgery decide if that is the choice they would also like to make.
