Great games are timeless and right now a lot of incredible older consoles are very affordable. You can pick up a PS2 or PS3 plus a few games for the price of a single new modern release. There are so many awesome games to play from just about every era of gaming, and if you are a bit bored or not that stoked on modern offerings, looking to the past is a great option. I've been loving playing my PS3 again here in 2025 and wanted to mention that if you are at all interested now is a great time to look towards dusting off an old system or picking one up used.
