Yes, I'm joining the group of ex vegans and for a very good reason, one that I didn't come to on my own. Today I'm no longer vegan as I stopped the Vegan diet 6 years ago now. Time has flown by as It all happened so fast, one event influencing the other having me come full circle. Only now with more wherewithal when it comes to dieting.
