Secret Beach, Belize is growing fast, but what’s actually happening on the ground right now?
In this August 2026 Secret Beach update, we’re taking you inside one of Belize’s most talked-about emerging areas to see the latest development firsthand. I’ll give you a full tour of my Habitat home currently under construction, meet the architects behind the design, check out other new Habitat builds, visit one of the newest restaurants in the area, and break down new data showing just how much Secret Beach has grown.
There are now 173 completed homes with another 27 under construction — 200 homes in total across the greater Secret Beach area.
