The new LEGO Star Trek Enterprise Bridge is here, and it looks incredible in pictures, but as a Star Trek fan and a LEGO collector, I'm genuinely disappointed. The problem isn't the amazing minifigure lineup (Kirk, Spock, Sulu, McCoy, Scott, and more), or the detailed consoles, or the clever way the Transporter Room is integrated. The problem is simple: there is no continuous bottom floor!
This highly anticipated set feels like a scaffold rather than a completed diorama. Without a full baseplate to connect all the elements, it looks unfinished from several angles and is not a solid playset. It is literally just pieces built onto support frames. It’s a design choice that is completely baffling, and I have to call it out.
In this video, I give you my detailed, honest thoughts and a first look at set 11385. We'll look at the good (the minifigures are stellar!) and the bad (the lack of a real floor).
