After 10 years on the speedplay pedal system I am moving onto the Look based Assioma power meter system. Reflecting on the reasons why I went to Speedplay in the first instance, and why I have been able to revert back to a more traditional pedal/cleat system...really, it comes down to bike fit. Getting my leg length discrepancy sorted out and not needing so much available float.
