Why I Use Magnesium Spray EVERY DAY…
Most people are deficient in magnesium, some decide to take a magnesium supplement in hopes that it will solve the problem… however, magnesium is actually best absorbed through the skin.
Some of the most common symptoms of magnesium deficiency are headaches, fatigue and muscle spasms… but there are actually over 320 illnesses that can manifest as a result of magnesium deficiency.
A few years ago, I started using a magnesium spray on my body every single day, after months of suffering from chronic migraines and fatigue, and now I will never look back.
