😳 I Quit Word of the Year and here’s what I’m trying instead!
For the past five years, I chose a Word of the Year and for five years I didn’t really stick with it. This year I’m trying something more reflective: monthly review pages. Each month, I’m looking honestly at my life, what’s working, what isn’t, and choose one small area to improve going forward. At the end of the day though I know it’s up to me to make those changes, however small.
