If lemon water (or some other random bullsh*t tip) stopped grey hair, we’d all be 12.
Grey hair is genetic.
Not rosemary oil.
Not collagen.
Not supplements.
Not “toxins.”
The internet is overflowing with confident misinformation.
Said beautifully. Filmed professionally. Delivered with authority.
That doesn’t make it true.
The beauty industry makes billions selling fear. Fear of aging. Fear of wrinkles. Fear of grey hair.
But aging isn’t a flaw.
Grey hair isn’t a flaw.
And it certainly isn’t something you need to “fix.”
I will eventually get it too. And that’s ok.
Before you buy the miracle, ask yourself who benefits from you believing it. Critical thinking is the real beauty hack and everyday it feels like we have less of it.
