I love technology and I think it’s incredible; I turn on lights, use the fridge, drive a car, use my phone & computer! I am so grateful to live in this incredible time! However, I find that I spend WAY too much time on devices like my phone & computer and have become really dependent on other forms of technology like my car. So, once a month I have a technology-free day and in this video I’ll share how they help me & why I think they’re so great!
