In this video I explain why "never skip meals" and fasting aren't actually contradictory, once you understand what's really driving your hunger.
I break it down into seven factors that control your meal spacing: whether you're truly hungry, your metabolic type, constipation, stress reactions, medical drugs, signs of toxicity, and disrupted sleep/circadian cycles. Any one of these can shut your natural hunger mechanism down — and eating when you're not hungry just adds more work for a body that's already struggling to keep up.
