We are hearing a 7 Hz pulsing that is the resultant interference pattern between two different frequencies played in each ear. In this case 126 Hz in the left and 133 Hz in the right channel.

There is a 7 Hz sine wave frequency on the channel as well. Check it out, you won't hear it, however with powerful subwoofers, it might be felt in some instances.
