FYI - I am not actually anti-protein But there is a big issue here. People get so focused on “more protein”that they forget to ask… protein from WHAT?

Decades of research show that higher intake of animal products is associated with increased risk of all-cause mortality, heart disease, cancer, and other chronic illnesses. Meanwhile, protein from whole plant foods is not associated with these same negative outcomes—and is often linked to better long-term health.

Recently, the American Heart Association reinforced this message, emphasizing that heart disease is drivenlargely by lifestyle—especially diet—and recommending a shift toward more plant proteins like
beans, lentils, tofu, tempeh, nuts, seeds, and whole grains for better cardiovascular health.

And I see this in real life every single day. My clients with heart disease improve rapidly on our completely plant-based nutrition protocols. Just last week, I shared a testimonial from a woman who came to us
with congestive heart failure, mini-strokes, and dangerously poor heart function. Within weeks, her ejection fraction normalized, her blood pressure stabilized, there was no sign of heart failure, and her
cardiologist took her off a heart medication she had been on since 2018.

This isn’t about ideology. It’s about outcomes.

If something is truly healthy, it should improve ALL of your health—not just help you hit a macro target while quietly increasing your risk somewhere else.

You don’t need more steak.
You need better information.

Your body is built to thrive—not just survive. 🌱💚
