Goldlewis Dickinson is Broken in GGST 2.0. Guilty gear strive came out swinging with season 5. The balance is great for the most part with a few outlying characters. Goldlewis is one of them as this Coffin swinging Behemoth is beyond strong. He doesn't break guilty gear but he is a very strong character in the tier list.
