One of the hard things with perimenopause is how dry you get. Your skin changes. You might start getting rosacea, acne, or more wrinkles because your skin is so dry. Your hair texture changes.
It becomes thinner, frizzy, and unmanageable. Your nails become brittle, and your skin becomes itchy from the dryness.
For me, this has been another hard one on the list because you physically start seeing yourself drying out. You don’t have the moist, plump skin you used to.
The heels of your feet get dry and cracked, even if you’re getting pedicures once a week. It can feel like no matter what you do, nothing is helping.
Today we are going to talk about why this is actually happening, what you can do to help yourself during this fun stage of life, and I’ll also share the things I have started doing that have worked so far 🤞
Thanks for watching and your supporting!
