After Blade Runner 2049 flopped at the box office in 2017 and lost millions of dollars, Warner Bros and Legendary are back with director Denis Villeneuve to make another big blockbuster sci-fi epic adaptation, 2021's Dune. Fortunately it is actually performing better, even in a tougher market and even though it's also on HBO Max.
