While a nice golden tan might *look* good, there is significant health risks to exposing your skin to the sun for extended periods of time, dramatically increasing your risk for developing a form of skin cancer. Sunscreen is obviously valuable, but the best way to prevent damage to your skin is to cover it from the sun entirely with clothes and shade! #shorts
