Hey everyone, today I want to share a video on a cause you all know is close to my heart, and my big purpose in life - changing the education system.

I've (with the help of a few amazing friends) been running a social enterprise called Revolution Hive since 2012. In that time, we've worked with over 7,000 young people across the UK - and this video encapsulates my thoughts, lessons & feelings from those workshops, talks and conversations.
