During #GlobalVolunteerMonth in April, we asked the incredible individuals who “Took the Pledge” to volunteer why serving their community is important to them.
🤝An overwhelming theme was that volunteering isn’t just about the surface act – it’s about finding purpose and making meaningful connections. It’s a journey of personal growth, skill development and gaining new perspectives.
But beyond that, volunteering is about coming together as a community to nurture empathy, break down stereotypes and create a culture of giving that enriches us all.
