The first part of a documentary I've been working on for the last few months. This film will explore the reasons most people have for eating animal products and the consequences it has on the animals, the planet and our health. The first main part will cover the reasons people have for eating animals and expose the realities of the meat, dairy and egg industries. The second part will prove that we don't need animal products to be healthy and cover the health benefits of eliminating animals from our diet. The third part will show the environmental impacts of animal agriculture and fishing. And the final part will explore why most people struggle with changing old habits and addictions, when they know there's a better option. It will also give inspiring, practical advice on progressing towards a Vegan lifestyle with advice on overcoming the main obstacles that new Vegans face.
