We care so much about what you receive that every single planner is checked by hand. Unlike many companies, we don't ship items with obvious flaws.
Instead, we sort them:
- Do Not Sell: Planners with dented edges or really messed-up gilding get pulled completely.
- Imperfect: These have minor cosmetic scratches but are otherwise gorgeous.
- Perfect: The best of the best, earning our highest quality stamp.
It's our three-level promise to you. You always get a product we are proud of. 🤎
