Windows doesn’t fix every little annoyance, and it’s not because they’re lazy. Windows is huge and very complicated, so even tiny changes can break things. Some “bugs” are actually features, some aren’t worth the risk, and some already have workarounds. Big fixes get priority over small pet peeves.
