Today we gonna see, for the first time, a clearly illegal top. During the 2013 Munich Bouldering World Cup, Russian climber Rustam Gelmanov topped the 3rd semifinal problem after an invalid start. The judge noticed the incorrect start, but for some reason didn't stop Rustam!
