After "Double 11", they wanna

bǎ zìjǐ de shǒu duò diào
把自己的手剁掉
"chop off their hands"

they have no money to eat

Suǒyǐ tāmen zhǐ néng chī tǔ le
所以他们只能吃土了
so they can only "eat soil/dirt"

chī tǔ
吃土
lit. eat soil, dirt
(used jokingly) to live on dirt, typically because one has spent all one’s money on consumer items
