Adding face login to an app usually means model training and complex computer-vision infrastructure. This walkthrough skips both by using the Luxand Cloud Face API instead. We register an account, copy the API token from the dashboard, and connect it through Claude Code, which generates the face login script and test file automatically. The app then registers a user with a single photo and identifies that person on the next login with an exact match. Face detection, comparison, emotion detection, and age and gender estimation are supported as well.
