This is a follow up video to the “386sx Test-rig. The -5Volt regulator” Movie. I got some questions about why I did it since the PC clearly booted without the -5 Volt present.. And of cource it does as many of us has experienced.. There are very few reasons to actually connect the -5V source at all. In this video I try to make the concept a bit clearer, or confusing in another way than I did last time..
