2.8 Cell Respiration: Why Bother with Anaerobic Respiration
Understanding that:
-Anaerobic Respiration occurs only when there is a lack of oxygen for cellular respiration
-Anaerobic Respiration produces less ATP than aerobic respiration
-Anaerobic Respiration is actually useful in producing a small amount of immediate ATP
-Anaerobic Respiration is not limited by oxygen supply
-Lactate production in humans when anaerobic respiration is used to maximise the power of muscle contractions
