Need For Speed Most Wanted and Carbon are both legendary games. But they have flaws. This is one of them lol. Those NPC's Not only have oblivious rubberbanding, but they can get away with things you couldn't think they could but its funny at the same time. They get busted which is already rare enough. BUT they can STILL drive! And of Course you won't be able to drive, you will be sitting in the back of a patrol car with that police woman instead.
For AI racers, they should just change it to "ticketed" instead of busted if they can just drive off like nothing happened.
