The mind has three modes, Negative, Positive and Neutral. When thoughts enter your mind the first filter they go through is negative. Then if all goes well, positive, and on to neutral which begets your intuition and viola! you make a decision from your soul flow, not your sub conscious pattern. So what’s the problem? If you’re stuck in the negative it’s because you haven’t got enough pranic life force energy to move through it to the positive. You may be physically fit beyond compare but all that pranic energy is concentrated in only one of the ten bodies, the physical body. In Kundalini Yoga, we balance out the bodies, including these three modes of mind. Also the five elements, the chakras so the prana is distributed in a way that make the whole system work. AND THEN you can change gears into the positive mind in order to make right decisions for YOU. ;
