AI is everywhere right now, and a lot of music creators are wondering what it means for the future of making music.

In this video I share my honest thoughts about AI in music, why I believe it shouldn’t replace creators, and how it can actually help us make more music, not less.

I talk about the philosophy behind Meaw: Assist, the first AI tool we built at Safari Audio.

The idea was simple: create something that supports the creative process instead of taking it over. A tool that listens, analyzes, and gives suggestions without ever training on your audio.

For me, AI should feel more like a collaborator in the studio. Something that helps spark ideas, speed up workflows, and push you forward when you’re stuck.

Music will always belong to humans. Tools just help us get closer to the sounds in our heads.
Thanks for watching.
