In this one I go behind the curtain on how I actually price 3D print manufacturing — machine time as the real constraint, the labor cost most people never factor in, why "I'll just buy my own printers" has a hidden bill attached, when I charge for design work and when I eat it, and the scheduling trick that can meaningfully drop your per-part price.
