WHTKD is German producer Leo Carvelli, who released Say To Me on All Around The World in August 2016. The track broke through after being featured on the YouTube channel Lithuania HQ, going from an underground release to a viral hit and earning UK Gold certification. Built around a sample of Avant's Separated — a 2000 R&B cut featuring vocals by Myron Avant — it flips the original into something slow, late-night, and hypnotic. Carvelli has continued releasing music as WHTKD and currently has over 220,000 monthly listeners on Spotify.
