Who's the most useless character in the entire Dragon Ball series?

When you think of useless characters in Dragon Ball I’m sure many come to mind, but who’s actually the most useless prominent character in the series? And are they even actually useless? Let’s start with the one people are wrong about - Yamcha.
It’s easy to call Yamcha useless, but has he actually done nothing in the series? While he’s always had comedic elements tied to his character, if we go back far enough we can see how he was better utilized in the original manga despite basically never being an important character overall.
