19 year old Jay Slater from Oswaldtwistle, Lancashire, UK has been missing since Monday morning of this week after leaving the NRG Festival on the island of Tenerife with two men. The two men allegedly have spoken to Spanish police before leaving Tenerife to return to the UK. Jay's phone last pinged in the Masca area, up in the mountains, about 30 miles north of where he was staying with his friends in Los Cristianos. Cops and search & rescue teams searched the area for 2 weeks before quitting the area. Jay's family have been out searching the Barranco Juan Lopez trail together with local volunteers, while they believe Jay has met with foul play. Investigator, Mark Williams-Thomas continues to dig into Jay's last movements and like the Mail Online investigation talks about a dark, established network of violence and criminal dealings.
