Join me as I head back to the Air Rec Center up in Maple Ridge, BC to progress in my dirt jumping skills and battle the dreaded backflip... again. I didn't end up battling the backflip alone, as Nick from VanCan showed up to give me the tips and pointers I needed to finish the backflip once and for all! But in all seriousness - I had a great time with Nick, great time jumping around, and am stoked for mountain bike season to finally start coming back!
