Have you ever wondered who the Disney Character Jack Skellington was when he was alive?

For I Believe Jack Skellington is none other than THE HEADLESS HORSEMAN !

When I was a child I absolutely loved Disney's A NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS.
I found the Stop Motion Animation so beautifully Unique and Captivating and it immediately sucked me into their Halloween and Christmas Worlds.

But I did always wonder...
Who was Jack Skellington ?
Why was he the Leader of Halloween Town ?
and Why Could he REMOVE HEAD !?

Am I alone in wondering this?
