Billboards are going up showing the faces of three innocent kids who were shot in and around Minneapolis. One was eating a happy meal in her parent's car when she was shot and killed. One was jumping on a trampoline.

Police are offering the largest reward in Minnesota state history, $180,000, for information leading to the arrest of the shooter or shooters in these cases.
